Flow Meters

The VersaFlow range of flow meters provides accurate measurement of mass flow, density, volumetric flow rate and temperature for gases, pastes, liquids with low viscosity and applications where users are unwilling or unable to cut into the process measurement line to install an in-line meter.

VersaFlow Clamp-on Ultrasonic Flow Meters

Honeywell’s VersaFlow Clamp-on Ultrasonic flow meters measure liquids in industrial applications. Because the sensor is clamped on to the outside of the pipe, it is immune to the process compatibility concerns of an in-line flow metering technology.

​A market leading process measurement device, the VersaFlow Clamp-On Ultrasonic flow meters are designed for applications where a customer is unwilling or unable to cut into the process measurement line to install an in-line meter. Available in configurations for pipe line sizes from DN15 to DN4000 (1/2” to 160”), the clamp-on design offers a cost-effective means of measuring liquid flow through a pipe. With designs that can withstand up to 200˚C (392˚F), this technology is ideal for liquids with limited solids or gas content. Because it mounts on the outside of the pipe, there is no need to worry about material compatibility with the process being measured or the pressure in the pipeline.


VersaFlow Coriolis Mass

Honeywell’s VersaFlow Coriolis Mass Flow Sensors measure mass flow, density, volume, temperature, mass or volume concentration and solids content with a single device. They are complemented by VersaFlow Coriolis Mass Flow Converters that provide a common hardware platform to allow easy selection of the output options required, and are suitable for mounting in various integral and remote housing configurations.

With built-in temperature compensation as a standard feature and optional integral pressure compensation, it is the first choice for saturated steam, superheated steam and compensated gas flow measurement. The flow meters ability to measure low viscosity liquids and volumetric flow rate makes it a great choice for water or condensate measurement.

The VersaFlow Vortex Shedding flow meter is a two-wire design that is available in configurations for pipe line sizes from DN15 to DN100  (1/2” to 4”) in a wafer design and DN15 to DN300 (1/2” to 12”) in a flanged design.
