682 Piston Meter
The TCS 682 reciprocating piston flow meter combines outstanding accuracy (0.1% of flow rate) with one of the widest turndown ratios in the industry (250:1). The TCS 682 reciprocating piston flow meter has a rugged industrial design that is tolerant to changing viscosities, temperatures and liquids with suspensions and solids.
This proven design has over 80 years of unmatched performance and continues to provide the very best in flow measurement, backed by our industry leading 10 year warranty (5 year warranty LPG)
The TCS 682 series flow meter is a true positive displacement meter that has a unique inline design consisting of three reciprocating pistons operating within their respective measuring chambers. Each piston works in a manner similar to an automobile engine. The pistons are fitted to a wobble plate, which has a shaft extending from its upper surface and a valve pivot attached beneath it.
The valve pivot drives a sliding valve from piston to piston as a known amount of product flows through each cylindrical bore, controlling the sequence of events in a smooth mechanical motion. This smooth mechanical motion is then transferred through the drive shaft to the register.
700 Rotary Meter
The TCS 700 rotary flow meter combines excellent accuracy with low pressure drop. The TCS 700 rotary flow meter has a compact size and lightweight design that offers minimal maintenance and long service life. This meter is built with advanced materials of construction for a broad range of measurement applications and is accompanied by a full selection of accessories and electronic registration.
The TCS 700 series rotary flow meter has a simple and efficient meter design consisting of a housing and three rotors that rotate in unison within the measuring chamber. The absence of wear, from no metal-to-metal contact within the chamber, eliminates any deterioration in accuracy and provides a long service life.
The rotors are supported by bearings inserted into two bearing plates, where at the end of each rotor shaft is a timing gear. The timed rotation between each rotor is then transferred through the calibration adjuster to the register, giving a consistent and superior measurement of accuracy.
Air and Vapor Eliminators
An air eliminator is a device designed to extract free or accumulated volumes of air or vapor from a liquid dispensing system to achieve accurate measurement results. Each air eliminator must be vented back to a storage tank or into a special “catch” tank vented to atmospheric pressure as the air or vapor released will contain a small amount of liquid.
Electronic Registration
Enhance your meter system through Electronic Registration to provide increased accuracy, security and productivity. Electronic registration provides a resettable and totalizer display, preset valve control, temperature volume compensation, ticket printing and electronic communication. Other options available are point-of-sale (POS), data capture, auto-batch, data management, route control, GPS and much more.
Mechanical Registration
This rugged, precise mechanical meter register is designed for all kinds of liquid inventory and delivery operations. This register totalizes and displays high-speed deliveries and transactions in large, easy-to-read figures. It features a highly visible display, bullet proof construction, and accurate readings up to 99,999,999 units.
Misc Accessories
Miscellaneous product accessories were developed to increase functionality of your metering solution. Such items as flow indication, RTD temperature probes, clutch assemblies, insulation jackets, protective covers and various flange connections.
Pulse Transmitter
TCS pulse transmitters allow you to send volume data to a remote display, register, computer, or fuel management system (PLC). The glandless pulse transmitter can provide single or dual channel output. The DMP pulse transmitters provide accurate signals for remote indication, totalizers and data monitoring systems.
Valves
Mechanical, pneumatic and electronic actuated piston and diaphragm control valves designed to meet the variety of needs in the fluid process industry. Such valves include preset flow control valves, pump control valves, pressure relief and safety valves.
