Honeywell Enraf Tank Inventory Systems is based on the proven Entis inventory system that is flexible enough to handle tank farms ranging from a single tank up to more than 250 tanks, covering multiple locations and a variety of gauges and interfaces.
The two available software platforms for managing oil storage – Entis Pro and Entis XL – include all tools and templates to support efficient tank farm operations and protect user investments while reducing operational costs.
Entis LNG Pro additionally offers the required tools to operate LNG storage tanks. Tools are available to monitor stratification helping customers to reduce energy consumption while improving safety.
Tank Inventory Systems offer open connectivity for various field protocols that enable the seamless integration of existing field equipment. A set of standardized host interface areas are available to link Entis packages to control systems and business domain packages for advanced resource planning and asset management.
To support sites’ compliancy, Entis Pro supports Weights and Measures-certified applications for custody transfer, accounting and duties. Finally, all Entis systems include standard displays to have a fast overview of the tank farm status and standard templates for reporting on inventory. Operators can easily modify the standard displays and reporting templates according to their site policies.

Engauge
Engauge establishes new levels of precision and flexibility in tank inventory management, by enabling service specialists to check, configure and service gauges remotely.
Engauge is a service tool that optimizes use of Honeywell Enraf gauges during installation and operation, including site device management, remote configuration, remote diagnostics and remote optimization. Annual inspections can be performed covering an entire site remotely and give a quick and thorough overview of the site and gauge status. It is available in Standard and Professional versions.
Engauge V2.5 fully supports GPU and Flexconn protocol via the BPM fieldbus, OneWireless and HART. With just one click service specialists can retrieve site configuration information and check the status of components and gauges. First line diagnosis is supported with reflection diagrams for radar gauges.
Engauge Professional provides in-depth gauge analysis with detailed reflection diagrams and Heimdall tables. After interpretation of the results experienced specialists will be able to optimally fine tune the gauge performance to the specific application.
With gauges installed on top of the tank, access to them was possible only by climbing tanks. Engauge can be connected to the fieldbus via a CIU or the inventory monitoring system facilitating remote configuration of gauges and effective tank inventory management.
